Refund Policy

 

1. General Policy

FT Var Ouest applies the following refund conditions to all seasonal rentals. These conditions apply regardless of the cancellation reason.

2. Refund Schedule

Time Before Arrival Refund Amount Deducted Fees
More than 30 days 100% of amount paid Service fee (€80)
15 to 30 days 50% of amount paid Service fee (€80) + 50% of stay
Less than 15 days 0% of amount paid Entire stay amount

3. Exceptions

3.1 Government Restrictions

In case of government restrictions preventing the stay:

  • 100% refund as credit voucher valid 18 months
  • Option to reschedule without fees

3.2 Major Technical Issues

If the property becomes uninhabitable:

  • Offer of equivalent relocation
  • Full refund if no alternative available

4. Refund Process

  • Processing time: 14 business days after request
  • Refund method: Same as original payment
  • Receiving time: 5 banking days after processing

5. Special Cases

5.1 Early Return

No refund will be granted for early departure.

5.2 Stay Interruption

In case of force majeure interruption with proper documentation:

  • Prorated refund for unused nights
  • Fixed fees deduction (cleaning, service)

6. Request Procedure

  1. Send email to contact@ft-var-ouest.fr
  2. Include booking reference
  3. Attach supporting documents if applicable
  4. Wait for acknowledgment receipt

7. Credit Voucher

Alternative option:

  • Valid for 18 months on all our rentals
  • Amount equal to 110% of lost amount
  • Can be used in multiple transactions
  • Non-refundable

8. Disputes

In case of disagreement:

  1. Internal mediation within 15 days
  2. Possible recourse to Tourism Mediation
