1. General Principles

FT Var Ouest offers seasonal rentals by the night. Each booking constitutes a contract between the property owner and the vacationer, with FT Var Ouest acting as an intermediary.

2. Booking and Payment

• Secure online payment required for confirmation
• Blocked deposit: 60% of total amount at booking
• Balance due 7 days before arrival
• Service fee: €80.00 (non-refundable)

3. Additional Fees

• Cleaning package: €150.00 (If you choose to clean yourself, the cleaning fee will be refunded at the end of your stay.)
• Tourist tax: €10.50 per person (applicable to guests +18 years)

• Check-in: From 4 PM
• Check-out: Before 11 AM
• Keys provided via secure lockbox (code shared 24h prior)
• Photographic inventory shared before arrival

6. Stay Rules

• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No smoking indoors
• Pets: upon request (additional fees may apply)
• No parties or events

7. Security Deposit

• The tenant will provide a security deposit check of €500 to €1500 (not cashed) intended to cover any damages to the property, furniture, and furnishings caused by the tenant, as well as lost keys or items.
  This deposit will remain subject to inventory and proper condition upon key return.

8. Responsibilities

The tenant must:

• Obtain travel insurance covering rental risks
• Report any problems immediately
• Respect neighbors (no noise disturbances after 10 PM)

9. Disputes

1. Attempt amicable resolution through FT Var Ouest
2. If unsuccessful: competent courts

10. COVID Specifics

• Thorough disinfection between each tenant
• Free cancellation in case of government restrictions
• Refund as a voucher valid for 18 months
