Les Trois-Îlets is a town in Martinique, an island in the West Indies. It was the birthplace of Josephine, Napoleon Bonaparte's first wife. Her family's sugarcane plantation is now home to the Musée de la Pagerie, which houses childhood mementos and a love letter written by Napoleon. Exhibitions at the nearby Maison de la Canne describe how sugar cane has played a role in Martinique's history. To the north, Pointe du Bout is a water sports center with stores and cafés.
